ALL STRONG SCOTLAND C.I.C., trading as Scotland All-Strong!

Regular, quality exercise can significantly improve lives, regardless of an individual’s starting point or background, and we believe that there is a programme with suitable, achievable goals for all.

We aim to promote fitness, mindfulness and nutrition for all their benefits for total wellbeing, with a focus on mental health.

Mindful exercise and relaxation are powerful tools of self-management and recovery!

Our goal is to inspire lasting change through sound training, education and motivation, allowing participants to ultimately take control of their own health with confidence. Gain confidence and overcome challenges. The journey to greater strength and fitness is an endeavour unique to each of us – let us help you move in the right direction.
