Free Public Offerings
Alongside our wide range of specific partnership groups, we also provide a growing number of public groups, dedicated to:
– Improving mental health.
– Promoting recovery for a range of mental health issues, trauma and addiction.
– Increasing wellbeing.
– Improving physical health.
– Building confidence and self-belief.
– Foster meaningful connection, reducing isolation.
– Developing healthy routine and positive habits in the longer term.
– Prevention of decline into mental and physical ill-health.
All classes are guided by qualified and experienced instructors and take place in our private, welcoming environment.
Classes are free, and there is no need to book. On your first visit you will be asked to complete a simple health form (PAR-Q).
