I really enjoy the strength side of training, I love lifting heavy weights, and the
feeling of achievement when I’ve done so. Even on off days, if I come to the
gym and lift something heavy I feel an instant uplift in my mood.
I want to help people feel the same way, I want to help someone who, even on
their worst days walk into the gym and is able to do something they didn’t
think was possible, and leave the gym on a high.
