My physical activity interests are netball, weight training and cycling.
I enjoy playing netball because I’m able to spend time with my friends while
keeping physically active and I’m learning new skills and developing as a netball player.
I enjoy weight training because it has improved my overall netball performance and boosted my body confidence. Weight training has tested my ability to breakdown the barrier between being physically strong and able against being mentally defeated.
Cycling allows me to explore different places and I find it a great way to help me clear my mind and release stress. I would like to help people with feeling a sense of achievement (small or big)
When it comes to physical activity. I want people to enjoy being active in
whether that’s inside or outside the gym environment.
