My main hobby/physical interest is horse riding and I own a 12-year-old Belgian warmblood called Lottie. I also love strength-based training but since the closure of gyms, I’ve dabbled in some running. Exercise definitely helps keep me sane and relieves the stress of day to day life.
Having been on my own health and fitness journey my aim is to help other
people achieve their goals, feel healthier and gain confidence from whatever
form of training they enjoy.
