This video is an active ditty for your wee ones but grown-ups, please join in. Singing and jumping around like a maniac is therapeutic I promise! This is a quick energising song you can to do at home with your child, in order to release a bit of energy before going into a less active activity. You can even use this to surround other activities to help children discover more about what cells actually are depending on the age of your child. But at the very least, just have fun with it! -

Breath Practice with Sophie- Alternate Nostril Breathing- Nadi Sodhana
This video gives you 2 Yogic breathing techniques. These techniques can be used to bring you a little balance and calm into your life by helping you create space between a situation and your reaction.
The first technique is a full yogic balanced breath where inhale and exhale are almost equal in length and the second technique is alternate nostril breathing, Nadi Sodhana. This practice is good for balancing the 2 sides of the body, balancing hormones, relaxing and calming the mind, and releasing tension, anxiety and stress.

Guided Relaxation
This is a 5 minute guided relaxation to help you practice mindfulness and relaxation by focusing on the breath and a brief body scan. You can do this sitting in an upright chair but preferably lie on the floor using cushions and blankets as props if that is more comfortable for you. -
Guided Relaxation with Jess
This is a is a brief guided meditation by Jessica. It is intended that you lie flat on your back with cushions to support your head and perhaps under your legs to relieve pain from the lower back. Perhaps light some candles and scents, grab a blanket for extra comfort and just listen and effortlessly fall into relaxation. -
5 Minute Guided Relaxation with Andy
This video is about simple guided relaxation with Andy. You can do this relaxation in an upright chair or preferable just lie flat back onto the floor. Your body temperature may drop when in deep relaxation so grab a blanket for complete comfort.
